David Plastino has over 10 years of experience in financial services and consulting, including 7 years with The Michel-Shaked Group. His practice at MSG includes, but is not limited to bankruptcy, accounting, tax, and breach of contract issues. Mr. Plastino has also consulted on matters such as valuation reporting for financial filings, and has provided strategic advisory services to high-level corporate decision makers. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), and has contributed articles on valuation and bankruptcy to the ABI Journal.
Mr. Plastino has managed or participated in dozens of engagements for law firms, corporate clients and government agencies on issues including corporate value, valuation discounts and premiums, bankruptcy, corporate strategy, and mergers & acquisitions. His clients have included Procter & Gamble and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), as well as various other companies and numerous law firms.
